40 - 60 DAYS BEFORE THE REMOVAL
Contact us by phone or via e-mail to fix the date for an inspection made by a person appointed by us that can understand Your needs and can, as a consequence, formulate various hypothesis of estimate:
- Estimate for furniture’s package.
- Estimate for furniture’s disassembly.
- Removal’s Estimate.
- Estimate for forniture’s reassemby.
- Estimate for disposal in a dump.
- Estimate for emptying of boxes with relocation of the material in the furniture.
This inspection will spare you to do hard and useless works.
20 – 30 DAYS BEFORE THE REMOVAL
- First of all, make the selection of what you don’t want to bring to the new site. This will allow to understand if it is necessary to proceed autonomously with packaging’s operations or if it is better to ask for the help of our operators.
PAY ATTENTION as packaging’s operations can be a source of discomfort because the furniture’s contents, when packed up, can also double the initial volume!!!.
- Require packaging materials, if you want to do it by yourself.
- Draw up the contract with us and choose the operations that our company must do.
- During the packaging, stick on every box the labels supplied by us on which you will write the contents and the place in which the box itself must be located.
- Study where furniture will be located and verify the measures.
- If people have to work in condominium spaces, communicate the move’s date to the condominium administrator.
4 – 5 DAYS BEFORE THE REMOVAL
There will be the last things to be packed.
- Prepare the “survival kit” which will come in useful at the end of the move’s operations to resume as soon as possible your most urgent activities.
- Coordinate with a plumber-electrician for possible connections in the new locations.
- Have somebody clean in the new place.
DURING THE MOVE
- Your presence is necessary during every operation in order to collaborate with our foreman.
- At the end of the loading, check, with the foreman, that everything that must be transported has been taken.
- Indicate the furniture’s placement on the new locations.
- At the end of the unloading phase and of the fittings’ assembly, check with the foreman every operation that has been done.
- Draw up the end of work form with the foreman, underlining your possible observations, so we can know Your opinions and advices, that we consider the most precious help to our constant research for the improvement of service quality.
